The Sunshine Coast is currently experiencing one of the tightest markets for listings in my 20 years in Real Estate.
My Buyers Agent clients have now changed from relocating Melbournite's and New Zealanders to locals who are not confident they will find a property to move to so will not list their home for sale or have taken the property off the market.
All agents will tell the same story, the times of listing two properties a week are long gone and are lucky to list two a month.
Christmas holiday being the prime relocation time for families will be very interesting if this trend keep up.
