Couple this with Buyers, who have easily tripled in numbers, who are now desperate to buy something, anything, to secure their piece of paradise.
Open homes are seeing 20+ groups through in an hour with agents now resorting to sending listings to their database first as it is more manageable as many Sellers do not want hundreds of people through their homes.

The vacancy rate on the coast is close to zero, again reports of high numbers of hopeful tenants through every open for rental inspections.
Successful tenants are those offering longer leases, paid up front, and over the asking per week price, to secure a residence.
