Tradespersons will benefit from the latest batch of building approvals with $110.4 million in new homes given the go ahead by council.
Figures recently released show 407 new homes got the green light in October 2018 bringing the total of approved residential buildings for the year to 3530.
An estimated $8.5 million of renovation work was also given the go ahead.
