Developers Plan BIG 2016
The Park Avenue Group have announced their new project in Buddina. The ‘Hedge’ will be located near the Kawana Shopping World, making it walking distance to schools, beach and river, and a short drive to the Kawana Health Hub. The development includes restaurants, boutique wine bars and specialty shops.
The announcement follows the launch of a number of projects by the Park Avenue Group in recent weeks; the $35 million Student accommodation at Maroochydore – to house 330 students, the $22.5 million Knowledge Hill ‘large-lot’ subdivision at Sippy Downs-spanning 4.65 hectares and the $4 million residential subdivision in Mudjimba -13 site ranging from 300-830 sqm average under $300,000.
