Ann has spent most of her adult life on the Sunshine Coast. Her background is in marketing and property sales, and she is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. Ann was the Marketing Manager for the Sunshine Coast Development Board for a number of years, helping people to relocate their homes and businesses on the Sunshine Coast.
This has given her extensive knowledge and experience of assisting people during these important decisions and changes, as well as a wealth of knowledge and contacts about the development of the region. Ann also spent some years as the Sales Manager for a successful boutique real estate company in Buderim. Ann is proud of her reputation in the Sunshine Coast real estate market, where she is renowned for her uncompromising and ethical attitude to all negotiations.
Anthony Frank

Anthony has a broad experience in the hospitality industry, including as a former restaurateur, and in managing holiday resorts. Now his main interest is assisting people to find a happy solution to their property requirements. Anthony has a long history of participation in the Sunshine Coast community. He established School Mentors Incorporated, a successful school-based literacy program staffed by volunteers.
He has also been an active member of Mooloolaba Lions Club for some years. After many years in the selling side of real estate, Anthony understands that the outstanding ingredient in any real estate proposal is the confidence and trust you have in your representatives.
